Draft for beta review. This is a proposed explanation of how the beta website is intended to work. It is not a finalized agreement and does not create new contractual obligations by being posted here. La Nova will review the final terms before the full launch.

1. Exploring La Nova

This website helps you discover tile collections, save Favorites, prepare Moodboards, and organize professional projects. Features and catalog information may change during the beta. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain in its current form.

Guest Favorites are stored in your browser and can be lost if browser data is cleared. Signing in saves account selections across devices. Keep your own copies of important project information and presentations.

2. Accounts and professional access

Sign-in is open to homeowners and Industry Professionals alike. Provide accurate account information and protect access to your email. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent professional credentials. Industry Professional access requires a separate application and review; completing a profile does not grant that role.

We use Privy for account sign-in. Account setup can include an embedded Ethereum wallet for future features. The current website does not require you to fund a wallet or make a blockchain transaction. Any later transaction or paid feature would need its own clear explanation and authorization.

3. Product information and project decisions

Catalog information and images are provided to support product research. Screen colors, room photography, nominal sizes, and visual references do not guarantee the appearance or dimensions of delivered material. Natural variation, production batches, finishes, and installation conditions can affect the result.

Before specifying, purchasing, or installing a product, confirm its current specifications, actual dimensions, intended use, required installation methods, and suitability with La Nova and the manufacturer. A Favorite, Moodboard, featured collection, or project selection is not a technical approval, stock confirmation, price quotation, or reservation.

4. Sample drafts and purchases

Professional projects can include a sample-request draft. Saving or downloading that draft does not submit an order, reserve a sample, promise shipping, or commit La Nova to fulfillment. Any sample arrangement must be confirmed separately with the team. Product purchases, prices, payment, delivery, and returns are governed by the terms provided for the specific transaction.

5. Your content and sharing

You retain rights in the original text, notes, and other material you contribute. Only contribute content you are entitled to use. The intended permission to La Nova is limited to storing, processing, and displaying that content as needed to provide the features you choose.

Your profile and private project/contact details are not automatically published. Name, company, website, and social credit can prefill a Moodboard, so review a presentation before sharing it. Information you export and share with others is outside the private workspace.

Submitting a professional spotlight is a separate, optional choice with explicit permission to feature the submitted material and credit. It does not guarantee selection, publication, or a reward. Any gift or other material relationship connected to a public feature should be clearly disclosed where appropriate.

6. Images, credits, and responsible use

Product photographs, manufacturer materials, logos, and other website content remain subject to their owners’ rights. Keep supplied credits and product context when using the website’s presentation tools. Access to an image does not grant unrestricted rights to reuse it elsewhere.

Human and AI-assisted research of the public catalog is welcome. Do not bypass access controls, access another person’s private data, interfere with the service, upload harmful content, or present altered product information as manufacturer evidence. Respect reasonable access limits and identify original sources when sharing catalog information.

7. Service changes and responsibility

La Nova may correct information, change beta features, or restrict access to address misuse or protect accounts. The beta website is provided as available for exploration and planning. It does not replace professional design, engineering, installation advice, or the manufacturer’s current instructions.

Nothing in these proposed terms is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final provisions concerning the operating legal entity, privacy, governing law, and any limitations of liability remain subject to review.
